I've been acquainted with Elaine for quite some time and only recently tapped into her expertise to conduct a climate survey for my company and address the underlying issues leading to discord and low morale. I was fortunate to be able to observe Elaine conduct a court-ordered mediation. I've been mediating since 2006 and consider myself a seasoned mediator. The parties were very, very difficult and aggressive with each other. Elaine has Herculean patience. I can't say this enough. I have never seen a mediator conduct a mediation with such skill. We were experiencing conflict in our organization. Elaine conducted an organizational climate study and determined where we were experiencing problems. She provided guidance and skill building tools to our top tier and senior managers so we can have the tool to deal with crisis in the future and prevent it in the first place.

We chose the 1-day settlement conferencing for our divorce. Because of the conflict in my marriage, I did not want to see my ex-spouse during the session. Elaine was very accommodating and allowed us to have separate sessions. We were able to get it all done in one day. 

Elaine, you are great. Your humor, approachability, and overall genuineness made the class very relatable and enjoyable. I find myself using what I learned in other situations outside of work as well. The class was great. 

Elaine was great. Very personable, and sincere in wanting to see the class do well. She shared a lot of materials as well as personal experience which was helpful in not only understanding the process but being able to conduct a mediation. I feel more confident in my skills after taking her class. 

I would absolutely recommend this training to everyone. I recently praised the training in a Department Head meeting with the County Administration. Others who had taken the training echoed my remarks about how beneficial it was. Elaine did an absolutely wonderful job and I hope I have the opportunity to attend future training sessions with her.
