Probably the best class I've ever taken!

Elaine, you are great. Your humor, approachability, and overall genuineness made the class very relatable and enjoyable. I find myself using what I learned in other situations outside of work as well. The class was great. 

Elaine was great. Very personable, and sincere in wanting to see the class do well. She shared a lot of materials as well as personal experience which was helpful in not only understanding the process but being able to conduct a mediation. I feel more confident in my skills after taking her class. 

I would absolutely recommend this training to everyone. I recently praised the training in a Department Head meeting with the County Administration. Others who had taken the training echoed my remarks about how beneficial it was. Elaine did an absolutely wonderful job and I hope I have the opportunity to attend future training sessions with her.

This course has been so beneficial. I'm going to recommend that all of our supervisors take this course to prevent and manage workplace conflicts. Amazing course. I'm so glad I took the time to take this class.

This class is not what I expected. I thought I could easily do my work while listening to the course in the background. That did not happen. 

By the end of the 1st day, Elaine had my full attention. Elaine immediately made a connection with the class. She is very engaging and charismatic about the subject matter and makes sure we understand and grasp the material. Very glad I took this course and paid attention!
